I am sooooo happy with my experience! Derek Prosser seriously is amazing at doing Bankruptcies! He explains everything in very simple, basic terminology and metaphorically holds your hand during the entire process, including the hearing. I was really scared and nervous, he helped me feel at ease d...uring the process and I can't thank him enough, worth every dollar and in fact, he's so nice that he lets you pay it in a bi-weekly installment!!! What an amazing job, thank you!!!

I did research prior to filing and choosing which firm I would go with. I could not be more pleased with my decision. I worked with both Mark and Derek. Derek worked up my petition and handled everything up to the court date. Due to the court I was filing, Mark was the attorney the day of. ... They were incredibly relatable and yet very professional and have a level of integrity that isn't stereotypically attributed to attorneys. They made things easy on me and everything ran smoothly despite my extreme anxiety over the whole thing. I recommend having all your ducks in a row (all required information, ie. Creditor list, income information, expense list...ready and saved/backed up) before the last minute. I found that, in doing so, it made both of our 'jobs' easier. I also recommend asking questions so you understand what is needed and/or happening. Derek does an excellent job of giving you feedback and status updates at each step in the process. His email communications contained information that seemed to anticipate any potential issues. I recommend keeping all of your correspondence in one place. So, if you find yourself in a situation that requires you to file, take a deep breath, realize most of us are a paycheck away from devastation and you aren't a bad person or a total screw up. You can trust Derek and this firm to take care of you and treat you with respect from start to finish. I truly felt like he had my best interests at heart throughout the entire process. I will absolutely recommend Toronjo & Prosser Law (and Derek for sure) to any and every person I know! They are reasonably priced and worth at least twice what I paid. And they let you payout your fee. Who does that? THIS guy! Thank you Derek! You are truly an asset to anyone who requires your services.

Derek is very professional, knowledgeable, and expedient just to say the least....We met with Derek in June and was discharged in September!!!! All I can say is I appreciated his expertise and thank GOD for him!!! I would recommend his law firm in a heart beat!!!!!!
