I talked to several attorneys before choosing Scoggins because I was facing several felony charges in two counties and I was obviously extremely scared about my future. The first time I talked to Mr.Scoggins I immediately felt at ease and not because he was sugar coating the severity of my crimes but... because he immediately started talking to me about possible solutions rather than trying to scare me about the possibility of going to prison, while the other well known Dallas attorneys seemed like they were trying to scare me into hiring them. He genuinely seemed concerned and even discussed careers I could go into if I were to be convicted. I immediately knew this was who I wanted to represent me. I was also surprised that he literally quoted me almost a third of what the other attorneys did. He answered all my questions and would meet me anytime to discuss my cases. Basically I started out with 7 drug related offenses and he got me probation.... I messed up a couple different times but he still gave several options to help me stay on probation.... He definitely goes above and beyond because at that point he had no obligation to do so. In the end I was still granted probation with 6 months rehab and of course I left and got another felony... so of course I rehired him to take care of that as well of course by this point the only option I had was another 6 month rehab with 3 or possibly 5 years probation or 2 years TDCJ ( which was completely my doing) . I choose to take my time and I do believe for the amount of charges I was facing I got off pretty well I went from 8 felonies to 4 because he got half of them dismissed. Now that it's said and done I believe spending 11 months in tdc prob saved my life and definitely changed me for the better. Mr.Scoggins is passionate about his career and very professional ,he tells it like it is,always answers phone emails and texts asap .... I felt like he actually cared about me as a client and he did everything he could to keep from going to prison and if I would have took his advice I wouldn't have ended up there. I hope I never need an attorney again but if I do He would be the one.

I got in a little bit of trouble with the federal government and mr. Scoggins saved my bacon in more ways than I can even begin to explain.
