STRONGLY RECOMMEND

As a retired military officer who is a fully disabled veteran, Mr. Denman represented me through the appeals process, which resulted in a fully favorable decision by the SSA Administrative Law Judge. From the first meeting he assisted me in navigating through the intracacies of the SSA Disability process. He asks hard, direct, and probing questions, not to insult you, but to fully understand the basis of your claim in order to better prepare for the scrutiny to come from the SSA. Certainly, I had the burden to provide proof/documentation of my injuries and subsequent medical treatment, but this is where Mr. Denman became invaluable. He was able to review and place them in commonsensical order and file them with the SSA within the prescribed time lines. He never missed a beat. Bottom line is that he knows the SSA system and their processes very well, and that coupled with his years of experience representing clients before the SSA, equates to a solid performance record with many more wins than losses. He is not a miracle worker, if a client doesn't provide sufficient and timely evidence to support their claim, then a client must anticipate a denial of said claim. If you want success with your SSA Disability Claim.... go with Mr. Denman!

Wise and Professional

Stan did a SUPERB job for my wife and me in handling our disability case. We were very close to simply disregarding it since we had already been denied in our initial inquiry. Once Stan took the case, he handled it without our ever having to go to court, and in a matter of months. He was professional and very "up front" with us about all of the details.from the very beginning. You would be wise in hiring this gentleman should you need help of this type.

Outstanding job done by Mr. Denman. Won my case within 7 months of filing.

I filed a Social Security Disability claim choosing Stanley Denmans Law Office to represent me after reading his credentials online. He handles all calls himself instead of a slew of associates, which I found comforting. I filed in August of 2012 and was awarded disability in March 2013. The best part in all of this is I was awarded disability without having to fight it out in court! Job well done!!!

Skilled Social Security Disability Attorney!

Mr. Denman met with me personally. Mr. Denman showed a genuine interest in my disability case and put me at ease. After looking at my disability claim, that was denied twice, he told me that he thought he could help me. Mr. Denman filed the appeal and a couple of months later I received notice I had been granted the disability with a fully favorable ruling. You can't get a better attorney than Stanley Denman.

You can't go wrong here...

What a great experience to have a knowledgeable, experienced Attorney in my corner to help out on one of the hardest times I have ever had in my life. I think one of the most important facets was being treated like a person by Mr. Denman, vs. being just a case, he really made me comfortable, understood what I was going through and made the process easy. You could clearly see the experience he has with disability, and it showed throughout the entire process. While in the waiting room for the hearing, you could see the other attorneys trying to figure out what to do, very unsure of themselves. When Mr. Denman came in, not only did he know what to do and know the people there, they knew him very well. What a pleasure to be eased throguh the process with a succesful outcome. He explained everything throughout the process and even met with us after we got the paper work for the notice of decision (Fully Favorable!!) to explain any questions we had. I can't recommend him highly enough. If you have him represent you, you won't be disappointed, he knows the process and more importanly works with you.

Great lawyer

My disability relates to partial vision loss - a more challenging case to handle. When I spoke with Stanley, he took an interest in hearing about my situation (listening to me) and then asking pertinent questions to become familiar with such an unusual claim. Stanley walked me through the entire disability process, provided direction on what I should do and expect. He handled my case with the utmost respect and professionalism (and won!). It was a pleasure to work with Stanley as he was positive, confident and followed up on everything. His attitude and communication helped minimize the stress of the situation for me and my wife. skilled attorney, good attitude

My wife was denied benefits twice. She has poor hearing, poor eyesight, and some cognitive loss. I did a telephone review with a large soc sec disability law firm and they did not want the case - likely reason: not enough total soc sec money involved to make it good for them. Almost quit there but thought for an hour and decided---internet search the fort worth area. Found Atty Denman, did a telephone review , and after an office visit he took the case . My wife then in about 3 mos won her appeal, due to Atty Denman's knowledge and ability. He knows how to prepare and how to argue the merits; he is an excellent soc sec lawyer

Highly recommend

Stanley Denman took my son's case after he already had a court hearing scheduled in less than a month. My son had been denied twice and our attorney had suddenly dropped the case because he thought it was unwinnable. I contacted a law firm that was recommended to me. They didn't handle disability cases, and said Stanley Denman is the only disability attorney they ever recommend. We found out why. Stanley listens and finds what you need to strengthen and explain your case. We were treated with courtesy and respect. My son got a fair hearing and fully favorable outcome. If I had it to do over, I'd contact Stanley from the beginning.
