When I was charged with a misdemeanor of deadly conduct I contacted several lawyers right away for consultation. Mr Ellis got back to me and set up an appointment ...right away to hear my case and my side and explained to me about these types of cases. After consulting my husband we hired Mr Ellis and I couldn't be happier. He kept me appraised of everything, gave me Realistic time lines, Called me back when I freaked out because my first "appearance" In court had not been set on the day the Police told me or getting a letter from the state that I didn't understand, let me know up front that there would be a lot of wait and see but not to worry he would absolutely contact me when there was any movement on the case. He called and or e-mailed every time anything was set or changed. Knowing my husband and I fell on hard times while we waited between hiring him to fight my case and having to take it to jury trial he worked with me to the best of his ability to give me time to make the payment for the trial. He was Kind, Caring, Supportive and informative. He is often in court in the mornings but makes sure to respond to e-mails and calls in the afternoons and evenings. He has a heart and a head and if you give ALL information regardless of how it makes you look or sound, regardless of if its relevant He can and will either get you the best deal possible or win your case depending on your circumstances. He always kept me informed of the deals the DA was offering and suggested what he felt would be my best option given my case, in his opinion, that Was to take it to court and not plead out because I was Wrongfully accused and he found the evidence to prove that! I would STRONGLY Recommend Mr. Ellis for anyone seeking a Criminal lawyer even if you are Pleading Guilty or no Contest as he will fight to get you the best deal, or get your case dismissed and he wont lie to you, he will tell you the truth! He let me know about what would happen if we DIDN'T win our case and prepared me for the worst case scenario. I was never not in the know of what was happening and what could happen. In a few months time I will be hiring Mr. Ellis again to have the arrest expunged from my record and He is providing me information to file my own Civil case against my accusers to try to recoup my costs. From the time I called William I was comforted knowing that everything felt under control I was in good hands. When you have a criminal case pending and just turn it over to someone you really don't know, its a little scary. I have had a very good professional experience with Mr. Ellis, and everyt...hing in my case was dismissed and now we are going to have the case expunged and it will be like nothing ever happened.

First time i called Mr Ellis i was in a rush to get my Aggravated Assault charge dismissed i had so much in my head and was really worried, nervous, and afraid of the unknown. I went to four different attorneys before Will , and I was able to make 2 payments for my case. I was also moving to Las Vegas, and I needed the "okay" At the time I had money problems, and he was always understanding about the situation. When Will took my case, he showed up to every court date. He g...ave me the updates after each court date. The orginal deal was to keep the case on my record, and it'll be dismissed in 3 months . ( in order to get this deal, I had to do 24 of community service) which i did not complete on the deadline due to having a prepaid work schedule. Luckily, Will was able to give me an extension. On my last court date Will told me I was able to get a full dismissal instead of the 3 months dismissal .. he never gave up. I highly recommend this hard working attorney !! Five stars.
