I was not sure who to hire for my DWI case. I feel lucky to have found Mr. Ellis. Although a young lawyer, he has a lot of experience and is very enthusiastic about his work. He always kept me informed of the deals the DA was offering and suggested what he felt would be my best option given my case, in his opinion, that Was to take it to court and not plead out because I was Wrongfully accused and he found the evidence to prove that! I would STRONGLY Recommend Mr. Ellis for anyone seeking a Criminal lawyer even if you are Pleading Guilty or no Contest as he will fight to get you the best deal, or get your case dismissed and he wont lie to you, he will tell you the truth! He let me know about what would happen if we DIDN'T win our case and prepared me for the worst case scenario. I was never not in the know of what was happening and what could happen. In a few months time I will be hiring Mr. Ellis again to have the arrest expunged from my record and He is providing me information to file my own Civil case against my accusers to try to recoup my costs.
