Pay him first, you'll be sorry.
We hired Mr. D'Amore for my brother, which has a mental and physical disability. We paid him all his money, and still trying to get the charges dismissed or just get a phone call back from him, as to getting a refund or talk with us. My brother was admitted to a State Hospital, and we can't have him...
