“Highly recommend”

Nelson is awesome! My son went to jail on 1/12/18 probation violation on a prior theft of person charge, 2nd probation violation, this time he hadn’t reported since 2016. I contacted Nelson on 1/16 explained the case he appeared at court the next day 1/17 to represent my son. Nelson got with the DA ...and was able to work out a plea; as of today 1/24/18 my son is being released, Nelson was able to get back time credit and some county time and on top of that he will not be on probation. I highly recommend Nelson he was able to resolve this matter within a few days, please understand that before Nelson came on the scene my son was facing 2yrs state jail. I highly recommend Nelson I wish that I could give his service 10 stars. In addition to his great service Nelson’s fee to represent my son was affordable, he is professional, kind and was on point on providing updates. He listened to our request in what we were seeking and made it happen. We can’t thank him enough for all that he has done for us in such a short time. If you are looking for quality representation contact Nelson.

Without a doubt the best attorney in Dallas and Texas

Nelson Knight is the only attorney I have met or dealt with that will take the time to listen. And make himself available to his clients at anytime -weekends or weekdays. He will give you all posaible outcomes with no promises. The great thing is he has relatiosnahips with many of the Dallas DA's and... he has the uniqie ability to speak to the DA's individually about cases unlike other defense attorney's.  I was originally assigned a Public Defender who had no interest in doing anything with my case except plea it out and move on to his next case. He told me my only option was taking a 2 year probation with a bunch of stipulations that i didnt agree with. At one point this PD straight up lied to me about what was happening. Even trying to get me to sign off on a plea deal but told me it was just a oppurtunity to sit and talk with the probation deparmemt when in fact he was having me sign off on the plea a agreement. When i found out i refused to meet with the ptobation departmentl. A week later they were threatening to issue a warrant for my arrest over what was supposed to be a sit down question and answer session. The public defender was rude and ohnoxsious. Any question I asked he would respond to me as if I was wasting his time. I finally had enough of the public defenders attitude in regards to my questions; questions that were very relevant to my future and whatever plea deal I may have taken. The PD had no interest in anything except for pleading and moving on. I finally had enough and fired this PD. Then the court assigned Nelson Knight. Nelson Knight immediatly jumped into every detail about then case. He made no promises but he did give me possible outcomes. One of which was a dismissal. The first day i met Nelson Knight I have him the details of my cass b and he went to speak to the DS in charge of my case. And 5 minute later Nelson Knight came back and said the DA requested s few documents to prove what I was saying and the Ds dsid she would possibly dismiss the case.  The next week I brought in the documents and Nelson Knight took the documents to the DA who subsequently had my csse dismissed. Nelson Knight was able to have my case dismissed in less than a Month by simply speaking to the DA and explaining the insinuating circumstances. While the original Public Defender was only interested in worKing his clients like a factory line getting them in and out with no regard for their best interest. Nelson Knight b is one of the only attorney I have ever met that b actually cares about his clients and getting the best possible outcome for his clients.  He will Fight for you like none other. He is also always available to talk unlike other attorney's who are impossible to get s holf of  And never return calls.  I have recommended Nelson Knight to at least 10 different v people and in fact I am in the process of hitting him for another case I was recently arrested for-which is very similar to the previous case. This csse is s lot less complicated and I have 1000% confidence that Nelson Knight will be able to the same outcome and get it done as lot faster since I will have him on the case first and not a PD going to push clients through his plea factory.  If you want a lawyer that will listen and get the results you want Nelson Knight is the lawyer for you. He has a great deal of confidence in what he does which is probable the best trait any lawyer can have. Actually believing in their abilities and what they are capable of is very important. I have never met another attorney that carried themselves with the confidence that Nelson knight does. Your search should end here.  You can contact me for more details about how he handled mt caseb and why I think your search should end right now. Call Nelson Knight iMmediately and hire him. CriMinal cases should never be taken lightly that is why you want the best and Nelson Knight is the best!

Thanks you Mr. Knight and team

I was referred to Mr. Knight by a friend and was told he has a great track record in criminal law. I was really at a loss on how to proceed in this criminal case for my son who had been in jail for over three months, at the time another attorney was working his case. I contacted Mr. Richard Nelson ...Knight and in about a week after speaking with him he provided me with the pros and cons of the case. I was provided updates frequently and in a short period of time my son was released. When Mr. Knight said he will fight for my son he did just that, his word was bond. He is truly a honest, trustworthy, responsible and knowledgeable person. Three weeks was all it took from start to my son's release. His service was well appreciated and immaculate. Thanks you Mr. Knight and team

Above and Beyond Expectations, Will give you his Personal Time, Respect, and hows True Passion for your case.

First, go to Mr. Knight’s website and read his profile. Keep in mind that ever word in the very first paragraph is 100% true; word for word. He was the 24th attorney I consulted with via phone regarding my father’s case and hired during the same consultation after realizing he was a man of his word.... Instead of rushing me for information and asking how much and when I could pay him he actually gave me his time and complete attention. He let me explain my father’s situation in detail, answered all my questions and concerns, he gave me all possible pros and cons, and he treated me with respect instead of treating me like a criminal like the other 23 attorneys I consulted. Mr. Knight was able to quickly handle his case in court in only three weeks, two court dates, and an outcome I didn’t believe was even possible or planned. I walked out of the second court date with my father after he had just spent over four months in jail from a probation violation from a passed DWI case. Most of the other attorneys I consulted with cared more about me being able to pay their legal fees instead of the information of the case they possibly would be hired for. Mr. Knight never brought up his legal fees or questioned if I could afford him. This showed me he was more focused on how he could help my father vs. when and if I could pay him. I am the one who actually asked for the amount of the fees, his legal fee turned out to be 50% less than what I was expecting and advised by others. I paid the fee over the phone that day in full and was even offered a payment plan if needed. He offered me a payment plan after I told him I wanted to pay in full; once again this just confirmed to me that Mr. Knight was not taking my case just for the money. Mr. Knight answered or would quickly return every phone call I made to him. He also kept me posted and in the loop as to the progress of the case and advised me what could be done on my side to help my father’s case. My father was placed back on the medications he had been on for the past three years the very next day after hiring Mr. Knight. This showed me that he understood my father’s medical condition I shared with him and made it a top priority. He addressed the health risks and mental damage already done by withholding and denying my father’s medical needs for months. He also treated my father with the same respect I was treated with; I was surprised when my father told me how impressed he was with Mr. Knight and felt he was in good hands after obtaining his services and frequent meetings. Having my father confirm the same feelings I already felt about Mr. Knight’s intentions put me and my father at ease for the first time in months. Mr. Knight is a genuine person; he treats his clients and their families as his own. He is not going to tell you what you want to hear, he is going to tell you what to expect and the truth about the services he would be able to provide for your case. He will provide you with his personal time during the case and important factors that should be focused on. He keeps his clients and their families up to date without them having to ask how the case is progressing. Justice is a clear goal of his in each case and I quickly realized that by his actions and the fact that he was proactive. He went above and beyond my expectations during my father’s case and was able to come upon an agreement with the judge that neither one of us thought possible. My advice to anyone looking to obtain an attorney is to consult many and find one that stands out from the rest and beats to their own drum. Look for an attorney that gives gives you their time, respect, and shows passion about your situation. They will treat you and your case with those three important qualities; over all that will play a key factor in the result of any court case.
