I have been engaged in the practice of labor and employment law since 1981 after graduating from Boston College Law school. I was "First Chair" in over 25 bench and jury trials defending public corporations and private individuals in state and federal courts across the US. I have prepared and argued appeals before several state and circuit court of appeals. Since 2010, I have practiced employment law from the plaintiff's perspective. I also handle intellectual property and contract actions.
