Traffic ticket removal

If I could leave 0stars I would
I heard him on the radio for tickets I needed to be resolved for my boyfriend. My boyfriend called and set up a payment plan and was told as soon as paid he would complete the tickets. Once they were paid we waited months for a response and when he finally answered he was rude and entitled . He did n...
