James Samuel Bell

James S. Bell is a lawyer has won some important verdicts and settlements for clients and has built a reputation as a top trial lawyer.  James attended Loyola High School (an all-boys Jesuit school) in Los Angeles. James has won significant legal victories.  Recently, James served as lead trial counsel in a jury trial for limited partners of a partnership.  This was an investment fraud case involving a land development.  James obtained unanimous jury verdict for fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and willful misconduct: $4.6 million. James also served as lead trial counsel for free-standing medical center and obtained a substantial jury verdict against Denton Regional Hospital.  James has also served as lead trial counsel for pharmacy where he obtained a $4.15 million fraud judgment against publicly traded company for stealing insurance and federally funded prescription reimbursements. James also served as lead trial counsel for healthcare company against medical physician.
