Immigration

He is awesome. He knows the law and he is very honest. He is very expensive too but worth it. He does not give you wrong advise and does not give you fake hope. If you cannot win the case he will tell you upfront. Due to his advise over the phone I saved almost $5,000. I had a denial case from Immigr...ation and other lawyer were charging me on or around $5,000 for appeal whereas he was saying that I cannot even appeal and even if appeal Immigration will reject my appeal and if I go for trial it is very tough case to win, in another word I will be just through money.

Excellent

My wife was scammed by people in the Philippines who issued her a fake passport. So she came here illegally, where I met her under a name that wasn't even hers. We hired Mr. Flynn to get her legal. He understands the law very well, apparently, because after a little legal tussling with INS, she wa...s granted her green card under her real name, and she has since gone on to become a US citizen. It was a painless process and very quick, considering how the INS functions. Highly recommended.

"Gene and I have given seminars sponsored by the University of Texas Law School for the past several years. Few attorneys know more about how to obtain legal information from the Internet to help their clients than Gene. I highly recommend Eugene Flynn. He is superb immigration attorney!"

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
