In a small community, and to a “home town” Community Banker, reputation is of paramount importance. Patrick, Eric, Jerry, Michelle and the entire team treated it (and me) like it was a life and death matter, because to me, it WAS. The, interviews, delays, discovery, scheduling, re-scheduling, additional witness interviews, multiple prosecutorial postponements and changes went on for OVER a year and a half. Through it all, the team at the Law Office of Patrick J. McLain kept me informed, protected, prepared, and ready for battle. When I finally got my day in court, Eric, Jerry and Patrick were there every step of the way, by my side, defending me against misstatements of the prosecutor’s witnesses, and the slanderous, manipulative overreach by the team of prosecutors. In the end we prevailed; a unanimous decision by the jury of NOT GUILTY on all charges.
