Derek Ryan Staub

I'm going through a unfortunate situation in my life. I was referred to Derek by Bridgett Eylder. Derek was genuine in his concern, and efforts. This man provided me with reassure, and comfort in the most uncomfortable circumstances. Derek made call to Sergeants on my behalf just so he could gain ins...ight on my situation. Derek did all this for a potential client like me. I know he will go to infinity and beyond for all clients. Thanks Derek.

When my daughter was railroaded by an overzealous Richardson police officer [yes I know they always say they were railroaded...but, in this case, sadly, it is true] Derek guided us through the labyrinth of the Dallas court system...and obtained a dismissal for the charges [I hardly think they would h...ave dismissed the charges if the officers were in the right]. Derek was open, honest, prompt and always available when questions or problems arose during the course of this unfortunate miscarriage of enforcement. Thank goodness for legal representation like Derek...to insure that law enforcement doesn't overstep because they may feel disrespected. Maybe it's this predilection that fuels the mass mistrust of police officers. Here's a thought, "serve and protect". I think I've heard that in reference to law enforcement somewhere. Very powerful words...not easy to live up to...but a promise nonetheless. Thank you Derek for making them stick.

Derek is an excellent lawyer and through the many facets of our situation was able to walk us through each piece step-by-step. At each step, he was very thorough with us and explained each situation thoroughly and always kept things positive. He is honest, does not embellish the truth and is a stra...ight shooter.
