Ritch Roberts is an experienced attorney with over 14 years of proven success representing clients in business and trial matters.  While practicing with the nation's leading trial firm and with one of Dallas' leading boutique trial firms, Mr. Roberts has demonstrated his ability to see every matter though to the end with his clients.  Mr. Roberts has not only represented some of the nation's largest businesses, but he has also stood against them in court.  Mr. Roberts has on multiple occasions stood by small businesses to win against the Goliaths.  As one example, Mr. Roberts recently prevailed on behalf of a Dallas business against one of the nations' largest banks with a complete victory from the jury including actual damages, punitive damages, and bad faith findings across the board.
