Gardner Haas is a top litigation boutique. Michael Gardner and Eric Haas are both outstanding lawyers and get great results.

We originally retained Gardner Haas as litigation counsel after Plaintiff rejected our offer of a mutual walk away and filed suit. As the case progressed, it became crystal clear that the law firm for the company on the other side was completely outmatched by Gardner Haas. The end result is a settlem...ent that dismissed their suit (with zero payment on our part) and included a significant payment to us on our countersuit. At all times during the course of the litigation, Gardner Haas had a clear strategy and a solid grasp of the facts and the law. They were easy to reach, communicated clearly, and were generally easy to work with. Most importantly, at all times, our interests truly came first (for example, they were sensitive to reputational considerations that were important to us).

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
