Biography
As a Board Certified Immigration Attorney, I have personally handled hundreds of immigration hearings before the Immigration Court (Executive Office for Immigration Review) in Dallas, Houston, New York, Boston, Pearsall, and San Antonio. Additionally, I have successfully represented clients with post-conviction criminal cases, such as Writs of Habeas Corpus and Motions to Reopen, which allows clients to set aside their criminal convictions where their fundamental constitutional rights have been violated.
It is my goal to offer affordable legal representation to immigrants in multiple areas of the law, including immigration, criminal, and the execution of foreign court judgments.
