Robert Ray Urenda II

Attorney Robert Urenda has practiced immigration law exclusively for over six years. Based in Dallas, Texas, he provides representation to clients in removal and deportation proceedings at Immigration Courts throughout the United States. He is a tireless advocate who will fight for you in immigration court and seek relief from deportation. He focuses on cancellation of removal claims, adjustment of status applications, asylum claims, motions to reopen and reconsider, waivers of inadmissibility, and motions to terminate arguing that the resident has been improperly charged by the Department of Homeland Security. Furthermore, he focuses a substantial part of his practice and time to appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). He has successfully argued many appeals before the BIA, with results ranging from termination of proceedings because the government failed to meet their burden of proof of deportation, to overturning unfavorable Immigration Judge decisions, and obtaining grants of relief from deportation on appeal.

He also provides representation to clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)  in a variety of situations such as adjustment of status applications, consular processing, H1B visa applications, I-130 petitions, provisional waiver of inadmissibility applications, DACA applications, RFE responses, NOID responses, and I-290B administrative appeals.
