I recently had an unfortunate experience working with Attorney Janelle Davis and feel compelled to share my concerns. Throughout the process, I encountered significant challenges due to a lack of professionalism and inadequate support. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent, and I st...ruggled to receive timely updates on my case. When I reached out with questions or concerns, responses were often delayed or dismissive, making it difficult to stay informed. The level of attention to detail and client care that I expected from a legal professional was lacking. Rather than feeling like a valued client, I felt like just another case file. Additionally, there was little proactive effort to advance my case. I frequently had to follow up and push for progress, only to receive minimal feedback. This lack of initiative left me feeling unsupported and uncertain about the direction of my case. My concerns did not seem to be a priority, which only added to my frustration. Overall, my experience with Attorney Janelle Davis was disappointing. The level of service fell far below my expectations, and I cannot recommend her based on my experience. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in client communication and case management.
