Glenn hasa broad based experience in the representation of commercial realestate owners, operators, investors and developers in hotelacquisitions, development, financing and management agreements,seniors' housing, skilled nursing and assisted living facilitiesdevelopment and investment and office, retail, multifamily andindustrial matters. He has also represented a number of clients inconnection with the acquisition and ongoing operation of businesseswith substantial real estate assets.
