Provide comprehensive services in all areas of federal, state and local taxation. Oversee corporate and partnership formations, reorganizations, acquisitions and dispositions. Advise both lenders and borrowers in sophisticated financial transactions. Provide counsel regarding retirement issues and sales and use tax matters.
