I started using Jesse Munguia 5 years ago when he had just started with my oldest son it was my first time ever in any situation that court was involved and I was terrified not only did Jesse always make sure I was up to date but he took the time to make sure I was certain about everything. We ended ...up in court 4 times for the same case and Jesse never let us leave until he knew I got the best outcome. One time as we were walking in for court and Jesse was saying his rounds of Good mornings to fellow lawyers, this lawyer turned around and was joking with everyone and said you better watch out for that lawyer he will come out of no where and get you like a snake, and sure enough he's done it for me every time!! I am now using Jesse Munguia for my case with my second son and when I tell you this case is a roller coaster I would be under estimating it, but sure enough him and his staff have held up to Jesse's standard of keeping me updated and certain of my decisions. I will only be using Jesse Munguia for any case I may have his professionalism and client manor is something you won't find anywhere else. Thank you for working hard for me Jesse.

I was/am very impressed with my experience with Jesse. Being a father seeking custody in a contested divorce I knew it was going to be a difficult battle however Jesse proved to be more than up to the task. My advice is to retain him before your spouse does, you do not want to be on the receiving end... of what Jesse will bring.

Jesse and Mayra have helped me on two occasions. Once with a final decree worked out with both parties, and again on a enforcement issue settlement. He is an intense negotiator, and does very well with dealing with other lawyer. I highly recommend Jesse for any type of case. He does stay very bus...y, but its worth the wait.

Mr. Manguia was my attorney for my divorce and child custody case. A little over $33,000.00 later and no results what so ever I would highly recommend you avoid this guy like the plague. My case was closed July 15th of last year and this guy's firm is blaming COVID 19 that I haven't gotten my Court p...aperwork mailed or faxed to me yet. Not to mention they charge fifteen dollars every time they talk to you on the phone. This guy is lazy. It took four years to close my case for crying out loud. Also, I still can't even pick up my own kids from school because I still 30+k later have no copy of my Court order. Do not use this attorney!! I'm serious. Look at these reviews. So many people had the same issues as me. This is crazy.
