Jesse is a lawyer that is rare to find, he isnt looking to get rich and knows the law. My husband got a felony charge of possession of a controlled susbstance and a dwi misdemeanor. He recently got the poss of controlled substance dropped and is working on the other. I owe him not only the other part...ial payment but my gratitude. Finding a Lawyer to represent you can be hard, scary and super expensive. When I went to The Munguia Law Firm I was needing a new lawyer in Ellis county to represent me in a modification of custody that my ex started in Bell County. In the previous county I had already spent 8500 on a high price, wid...ely known lawyer and only got a transfer in counties successfully done. My ex-husband had accused me from drug use, family violence, to child abuse and almost any and everything in between. When I met with Jessie I had not seen my son in 4 months I could hardly explain my situation I was so distraught. He listened very closely he quote me a retainer fee that was more than generously low compared to the $350 and hour attorney I had. He even took payments for that. The whole office was always nice and polite they answer my questions, they contacted me back in a reasonable amount of time they never got annoyed or frustrated. He is a very good attorney he keeps you in formed on what is going on talks you thru what is going on, you will not be walking into a court room or a mediation not knowing how things are going to work, he will call you even when he is not in office on his personally time to speak with you when he fin...ds out news of your case, he is very calm cool and collective, he does not badger the other party on the stand he just get down to the truth and make them talk so to speak... I would recommed him to anyone.. and he is great with payment for services he understands that no one had 2,000 or more to throw out their to and attorney he will work with you as best he can!
