Finding a Lawyer to represent you can be hard, scary and super expensive. When I went to The Munguia Law Firm I was needing a new lawyer in Ellis county to represent me in a modification of custody that my ex started in Bell County. In the previous county I had already spent 8500 on a high price, wid...ely known lawyer and only got a transfer in counties successfully done. My ex-husband had accused me from drug use, family violence, to child abuse and almost any and everything in between. When I met with Jessie I had not seen my son in 4 months I could hardly explain my situation I was so distraught. He listened very closely he quote me a retainer fee that was more than generously low compared to the $350 and hour attorney I had. He even took payments for that. The whole office was always nice and polite they answer my questions, they contacted me back in a reasonable amount of time they never got annoyed or frustrated. And they always knew who I was when I called, they never make you feel like a guest they treat you like family. Ultimately in one court date Mr. Jesse Munguia was able to get modification denied, abatement of child support denied, the ex lost this summer visitation. Considering that my case was looking considerably grave i.e. lose of custody, loss of visitation, public records of abuse allegations along with drug use accusations (could affect my employment), owing child support, excessive bills for numerous things requested in modification. It was a pure blessing to have been defended and found inculpable in the assertions made in the request for custody modification. I started using Jesse Munguia 5 years ago when he had just started with my oldest son it was my first time ever in any situation that court was involved and I was terrified not only did Jesse always make sure I was up to date but he took the time to make sure I was certain about everything. We ended ...up in court 4 times for the same case and Jesse never let us leave until he knew I got the best outcome. One time as we were walking in for court and Jesse was saying his rounds of Good mornings to fellow lawyers, this lawyer turned around and was joking with everyone and said you better watch out for that lawyer he will come out of no where and get you like a snake, and sure enough he's done it for me every time!! I am now using Jesse Munguia for my case with my second son and when I tell you this case is a roller coaster I would be under estimating it, but sure enough him and his staff have held up to Jesse's standard of keeping me updated and certain of my decisions. I was/am very impressed with my experience with Jesse. Being a father seeking custody in a contested divorce I knew it was going to be a difficult battle however Jesse proved to be more than up to the task. My advice is to retain him before your spouse does, you do not want to be on the receiving end... of what Jesse will bring.
