Mr. Collins made the bankruptcy process easier than I could imagine. There were certain debts which I was positive could not be discharged, merely because they were not considered credit cards or loans. However, he explained to me that even other debt matters, such as an overdue rental balance ...from an apartment, could be taken care of. The process itself was smooth.
