Consultation: william was on time & spent a considerable amount of his precious time explaining the Pros & Cons of the dufferent types of debt resolution depending on situations. I did not feel pressured at all and it gave me the right insight to make my decision to file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Prom...ptness: William was as prompt as it could be in order to clarify any confusion due to me not understanding what to do from bankruptcy courses to paperwork filling. Mr. Collins made the bankruptcy process easier than I could imagine. There were certain debts which I was positive could not be discharged, merely because they were not considered credit cards or loans. However, he explained to me that even other debt matters, such as an overdue rental balance ...from an apartment, could be taken care of. The process itself was smooth.
