Strict competency, not false hope.

Had a terrifying serious legal situation arise, and I needed strict competency, not false hope. We found Casey Davis by what feels like some form of divine intervention and I have truly never been more thankful. Casey is highly knowledgeable, sound in logic and approach and exceptionally informed in... legal proceedings. Clearly, being a former prosecutor gives her insight into the legal process & mindset of both sides, thusly giving you the advantage. Casey’s approach in helping me was also compassionate, caring, and involved; not just when it suited her, but for me, the terrified individual in new territory of being ‘the accused’. I know for a fact that without her, I’d be facing charges, but instead, with her guidance and expertise the charges were never filed. One attorney we interviewed actually told me to plead guilty and start making reparations, even though I am innocent!! What kind of defense is that? What a terrifying bit of advice. This is why it is beyond imperative to have the utmost informed and experienced individual on your side! Casey Davis is that person. I’ll never forget my sleepless nights, being wrongly accused, terrified and feeling completely helpless. How strange that something so dark can help us find the right voice, an advocate, and a champion! Quite simply: we need more people like Casey Davis in the judicial system in every state in this great nation.

Case Dismissed

Casey provided great advice on how to navigate through the legal system. As a former Prosecutor, she was able to let us know what the process is on the prosecution side. I believe having both knowledge of the defense side and the prosecution legal system got our case dismissed. The advice she gave... on creating a packet for the grand jury helped our case and got it dismissed. I highly recommend hiring Casey for her work and advice.

Thank you very much for taking the time to review my work on your case. I will never forget the work we did on the grand jury packet, and the day we learned of the No Bill. Moments like that are what drive me every day! It was a great packet, because I was telling the story of really great people! You and your family deserved a dismissal and I am honored I was able to assist you during such a difficult time.
