Great Lawyer!

I had a wrongful charge from CPS against me (neglect), as soon as I found out I called Casey. It was absurd for them to have found this, and I didn't know about it for almost two years. She made some calls and scheduled a court date. Then CPS actually corrected their mistake without us even having to... go to court. Saved me money and time and also my reputation, as I work with children. Casey is professional, easy to talk to, and explains everything to you, keeps you up to date with what's going on. I highly recommend Casey.

Thank you so much for this review. Your case was my first CPS case and I learned through working with you how important it was to help people facing wrongful CPS actions, I often times reflect back on your case and it motivates me in my current CPS work. You were mistreated by CPS in a terrible way and I am so happy were were able to bring justice you and set the record straight!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
