Don Bailey has practiced criminal law for 26 years. He is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both criminal law and criminal appeals. Mr. Bailey wins most of his trials in state court to include multiple aggravated sexual assault, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, drug possession and other cases. In Federal Court he has gotten not guilty verdicts in several conspiracy cases to include drug conspiracies as well as multiple dismissals. Mr. Bailey also does writs of habeas corpus and federal Motions to Vacates and has won several including the vacating of a 30 year prison term and getting a new appeal for a person sentenced to fifteen years. Mr. Bailey has represented several hundred people in federal court up to and including the United States Supreme Court. If you are guilty you can hire any lawyer to work out a plea.
