David Moore Eaker

I cannot say enough great things about David Eaker. A divorce is a sad, difficult time in one's life and Mr. Eaker made me feel comfortable and at ease, something I thought I'd never feel around a divorce lawyer. He was extremely patient and compassionate, also. He kept me well informed and I complet...ely trusted him to take care of me and handle the divorce, especially when I had my difficult moments. This divorce was not easy on me, but David Eaker and Megan, who you will get to know also, made it as easy as a complicated divorce can be. He and Megan are real people and I truly believe that you are not just another number to them..... And by the way, they are both very smart and quick with their thoughts, responses and suggestions. It was impressive to see his mind at work when we went into mediation. I would definitely recommend David Eaker to anybody who wants to feel listened to and wants their lawyer and their office to care and have your back. You will not be disappointed and you will love Megan, too!

David, Meagan and all staff members consistantly displayed professionalism, personalization, concern, sympathy, sensitivity - and at times tasteful humor and made my divorce much easier to get through. A divorce is a very difficult time (no matter how much it is wanted and/or needed) and these guys ...made it as easy as possible, considering. They were very timely with everything on our side which I very much appreciated. The other side was not, so their timeliness showed a great deal. I highly recommend David and his team!

When it comes to lawyers, people are VERY sensitive to stalling and mealy-mouthed answers that leave you wondering what will happen next - EVEN AFTER you paid $150/hr to get that one answer... After requesting 2 wills be prepared, he personally met with my wife within a day or two, took tedious no...tes and then wrote the wills exactly the way we asked for them - the first time. We we came to execute them, he answered several technical questions quickly and succinctly - no hesitation. He knew his stuff about probate law and family law. His assistant is equally competent - sent a very pleasantly-written, detailed email with questions to ensure her understanding. Everything I'd ever want in a lawyer - 1. Personal contact 2. Straight information and answers 3. Confident advise. We'll be back for our trust and next time we end up as an executor. My wife was an executor over a multi-million dollar estate several years ago and the TurtleCreek crowd of "usual probate suspects" drained us for over 1/2million in fees while performing poorly at best. Look no further for a personal/probate lawyer. Can't speak directly to his knowledge of family law but if your only other choice is "eenie-meanie-miney-moe" out of the yellow pages, I'd start here. Doubtful he would be anything but superb at that.

My ex-husband and I were recently embroiled in an emotionally charged custody modification suit regarding our two children. David was honest and compassionate with me, but also very direct in providing me with information on what I might expect to happen through the legal process. He and his assistin...g office staff maintained contact and were always very friendly and helpful. After the case went to court, and an initial agreement was met, David was still available to answer questions or address concerns. I will be consulting with David again should any other issues with my case arise.
