Whether it is a DWI or a Murder, Narcotics or Shoplifting, Family Violence, Child Abuse, or Robbery, State or Federal Court, my clients have a criminal lawyer of the highest standards of the profession, a BOARD CERTIFIED Criminal Law specialist. I was a high level prosecutor for a decade before dedicating myself to protecting the freedom and welfare of individuals which gives me an insider's understanding of the criminal justice system. I seek the best outcome possible for my clients in all types of criminal cases, but I WILL NEVER mislead you about your case or tell you what you want to hear to get your money. You deserve honesty above all.
Very few criminal lawyers during my nearly 20-year career have tried the vast number and types of criminal cases that I have tried with nearly 200 jury trials, let alone had my level of success in getting Not Guilties, Dismissals, or, where appropriate, favorable plea deals in all manner of criminal cases. Even fewer have tried 18 murder cases. Put this experience to work for you. Check out my reviews and learn what it is like to have me as your advocate.

Thank you Brian!
I feel so fortunate that we found Brian to handle our case. He worked hard, was caring, honest and kept in contact throughout the ordeal. It was a difficult case and ended very favorably. He always did his best, pouring through tons of documents to find the best way to handle the case. I am so gratef...

Attorney Client Relation
I'm concerned that many attorneys may not fully understand the implications of living in a modern era where information and data are highly valued. A key issue is that attorney-client confidentiality can be compromised when using free email services like Gmail, Yahoo, or Hotmail for both personal and...
Dear anonymous, I welcome any feedback from clients. I would’ve appreciated this feedback before we resolved the case you are describing which is not readily apparent from your description. I try for a pre-trial diversion for all clients where it might be possible but the DA’s Office sets the eligibility and if you’re not eligible, you cannot get in. I am also puzzled by you listing email platforms that I don’t use to communicate with clients. In cases where I cannot get a pre-trial diversion we make the best of the situation. If you had more questions, I wish you would’ve asked before resolving your case while feeling dissatisfied. In any case where my client has reservations about the resolution of their case, I’m always able to address those concerns if they are brought up to me. Finally, I’m always happy to issue refunds in rare cases where a client feels like I did not live up to the expectations. I wish you the best and I’m happy to answer any follow up questions. Just contact my office. Take care, Brian Corrigan
