Jerry A. Wells

Graduated University of Texas Law School in 1961; two and one half years in the U.S. Army Jag Corps honorable discharge as a Captain; two years law clerk to U.S. Disttrict Judge T. Whitfield Davidson (Dallas); six years with the Tax Division Department of Justice trying civil jury and non-jury tax cases in U.S. District Courts; seven plus years with Dresser Industries, Inc a four billion dollar company (1972-1980) as a Tax Counsel handling domestic and international tax matters; two years private practice in Wichita Falls, Texas; thereafter private practice 1983 to date in Dallas-Fort Worth area handling tax matters; now restricting tax practice to handling IRS installment agreements and offers in compromise on behalf of individuals, partnerships and corporations owing taxes; rated "av" by Martindale Hubbell, highest rating given to less than 10% of practicing attorneys.  Office is located in Plano, Texas (75075) at 1400 Gables Court.
