A native of Pampa, Texas, Jason graduated from Baylor University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Professional Writing. He obtained his juris doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2005. In the time since graduation and licensure, Jason has served as a consultant for the Center for Terrorism Law, researching and writing on a variety of issues related to terrorism, national security and the protection of civil liberties.
He has also devoted a significant amount of his spare time representing disadvantaged clients and the elderly on a pro bono basis through the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program.
