William David Burrows

I am a doctor, currently in residency, arrested for DWI in Collin county earlier this year (2016). My blood alcohol score came back .164. I hired Atty. Wow where do I even start with David. I choose David because he is truly the best in town! I am not saying this, but evidence based research I conducted prior to hiring him says it. I did not see how great he was till our actual trial...he was on fire!! He shut down the prosecution (District Attorney...)!!! He left me speechless, the prosecution scrambling and the jury in awe. WITHOUT a trial, David as able to get my 2nd DWI charged DIMISSED with a plea to a much lessor charge that is also deferred and therefore will also NOT be on my record. He kept my license from every bein...g suspended and saved me thousands on surcharges to the state.

Mr. Burrows helped me through a seemingly hopeless DUI case and managed, against almost all odds, to get it reduced to a far lesser charge. My BAC was fairly high, and about the only positive was that they had lost the DVD of the arrest -- normally not enough to acquit. However, he navigated the pr...ocess with extreme aptitude and kindness, and in the end, the DUI was dismissed.
