If you are reading this learn from this. So this is my story in 2013 I got charged with 2 DWI in less than 6 months. That's right you heard me in "less than 6 months" I was doing bad through those times we're humans we all have our down moments and make wrong choices, however, we learn from that. I t...hought my life was over after i had those charges I could lose my job and many doors would close if you get a DWI conviction in your record. it can NEVER be removed. I was going in depression since I didn't know what to do. I started looking into attorneys and at the beginning I hired Nancy Ohan. She has a fairly cheap fee but what you pay is what you get and forget the DWI charges THE WORST MISTAKE I DID was to hired her. I paid her to represent my case and a trial fee too. She basically was telling to plea guilty there was nothing we can do. I didn't want that....I wanted to fight them and do something about it so at the end Ms.Ohan drop my DWI cases because I didn't want to plea guilty. So that's when I look into another attorney and found this trustworthy person David Burrows. I came to David after I was charged with my 2nd DWI. My first I take full responsibility for yet, my 2nd was a struggle to come to terms with. You want someone that is audacious, unwilling to compromise, and confident. Someone that goes in there and demands a response that he deserves to entertain. David was able to completely dismiss my case. I sincerely thank the lord and view this gift as an opportunity to share my story and not be another statistic yet, a role model in representation and show that the good still prevail and that you can get your life back. I made myself sick about going to trial yet, he literally kept me updated and I loved those random texts out of the blue with good news pertaining to my case. He dedicates his time to researching all factors and outlines the best defense. I will always hold a special place in my heart for what David Burrows has done for me and would never hesitate to recommend him for anyone that finds themselves in the same place I have been. I've never crossed paths with anyone getting a DWI in Texas and ultimately getting it dismissed. I'm so fortunate to be the person in the shoes walking across the path. I have had the unique experience of being a witness from both sides. David's reputation as a seasoned DWI attorney proceeds him. I was not guilty of DWI, alcohol or drugs, from the start. I passed the breathalyzer at the scene so the officer arrested me for suspicion of drugs. I disbelief that this was happening to me. It was unbelievable. I was interrogated by the officer as well as the narcotics officer that night. I wal...ked out of jail 24 hours later and was told by a family member that David Burrows would be expecting my call tomorrow. I am a very happy person and David got the job done. I chose the best lawyer and was totally satisfied with the out come. Not only did David help me, but Steve Kim in his office did a tremendous job in assisting me all the way. As mentioned, I was extremely upset that this was happening to me, and Steve was there to answer any and every question I had, even if I asked the same question more than once.
