William David Burrows

I was charged with a DWI and open container, i had a .247 BAC, this is my first time being in trouble with the law and in the works of finishing up school with a criminal justice degree and wanting to pursue a career in the legal field I had to make sure I had the best lawyer to represent me through... this case. In May 2017, I was sleep driving (DWI) at 2 am, totaled my SUV and was arrested at hospital. I contacted Mr. Burrows on Monday and made an appointment to review my case. He... was able to determine the Officer's reason for approaching my vehicle as a Community Welfare check was unlawful because I was pulling away when they demanded I stop. Mr Burrows also subpoenaed County Records Clerk and the Officer on his statements of an area of high criminal activity. I would not count on that for every case, but mine had some mitigating circumstances that lent itself to a dismissal before going to trial.
