David Borrows, is by far the best lawyer in Dallas Texas, In my opinion. He has personally won two separate DWI cases with his associate for both myself and x-wife. He explains what could happen and might happen with both the positive and negative sides to your case and no in-betweens no BS. Both c...ases won when the deck was stacked against both of us. And as of today 4-22-2015, I retained his services again for an expungement and I expect the same results. ... His prices are more than fair considering the outcome.
