When selecting a respectable law firm to assist in probate issues was not an easy task, well I was very fortunate. I selected the Shutt Law Firm PLLC . After one face to face visit, my attorney, Mrs. Ana Pace, was a very caring and understanding individual (I just lost my son and he did not have a ...will and I live 6 hours away). She provided all of the facts (even provided a handout detailing the process and overview), prepared the appropriate documentation and coordinated with the court to get the earliest appointment available (via Zoom) so that I could become the Administrator of my son’s estate as soon as possible, as many things had to be accomplished (home mortgage, cars, funds for his children, utility bills, phone, cable, a few odd ones, and of course Credit cards). Ms. Ana even provided a kit to assist me in handling/dealing with the credit card companies. All these actions were accomplished within 2 ½ months after visiting the law firm, which I heard it ,normally would have taken 6 to 8 months. Therefore, without a doubt, I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone who needs to accomplish a will, a trust or probate issues.
