I had a difficult family emergency situation that required obtaining a guardianship for my elderly mother as soon as possible. When I called the law firm office Ana answered the phone, proceeded to answer my questions thoroughly and we set an appointment to meet that afternoon without delay. We met,... discussed the details, and she filed the necessary paperwork the next day. She never hesitated to answer my questions and if she did not know the answer she was diligent in finding it for us and responding to my questions (no matter how insignificant) in a timely manner.
