I know Estate Planning can be a very overwhelming topic to think about so I just want to relay my wonderful experience with Ana M. Hernandez-Pace of Shutt Law Firm PLLC. My husband and I needed basic estate planning documents put together now that we have children and researched for weeks on where to... go. Shutt Law Firm provided a reasonably priced flat fee rate for Wills and Planning Packages (aka medical power of attorney etc.). Ana was very accommodating with our schedules, she was able to have all documents turned around in a week and she provided all necessary people at the signing (witnesses, notary etc.) I also appreciated how COVID compliant the office was (everyone in the office wore masks at all times). I felt very confident in my understanding of the documents because Ana was extremely knowledgeable and helpful if we had any question. Highly recommend!

Ana assisted us with the legal proceedings to establish an executorship over a late parent's estate.
