I have had to use many attorneys in my life. The thing that has always bothered me is how bad at negotiations attorneys are. The previous attorneys I have worked with encouraged the acceptance of the deal that was offered by the other side with little regard to what it would do to me or my business.... I did not understand that this was because the law community is a small community and the previous attorneys had true anxiety about having to face competent, articulate,smart, and compassionate attorneys like Paul. The previous attorneys I have used would have no chance against a man like Paul in court. "Do not settle!" Paul never forgets that he is fighting for you. Unfortunately Paul is only licensed to practice law in Texas, this means that I still have to use other lawyers in the other states I do business in. I have used him in Texas to handle all types of legal issues including employees that have gotten "Felony speeding tickets" (I did not know this was possible), intellectual property, all types of employee problems, numerous frivolous law suits, when he has represented me we have never settled always been willing to go to court and never lost.
