Fair and honest

Paul has helped our daughter with 3 misdemeanor charges in the past 2 years for shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance. She was in a bad place and spending time with a rough group of friends. Paul treated her with dignity and respect and was never condescending. He presented her with... the facts and all options and fought hard to keep her record clean. His office staff is super helpful as well. Hiring Paul was a good decision for our family.

Excellent family violence lawyer

I was facing a domestic violence case in Arlington. I had a very difficult time finding a lawyer to accept my case, being that it was a Class C Misdemeanor, yet still falling under the family violence category. Mr. Richardson not only understood the severity of the charges, but pointed out additional... risks and consequences i was not aware of. Where other skilled lawyers wanted the full felony price to accept my case, Mr, Richardson was very reasonable in what he charged to represent me. He listened to my side of the story carefully, did not rush me, and together we were able to formulate a solid defense. Despite facing an uphill battle , Mr Richardson does not settle. Other lawyers in my past have pushed me towards accepting a plea agreement, this is the difference with Mr. Richardson. I felt the deck was so stacked against me, and still he insisted that we fight to the end, despite me asking about a plea agreement or trying to get then to change the charge to a non family violence charge. When we went to court, we faced 3 witnesses, a good prosecutor, and a very biased judge. Im convinced that on that day when Mr. Richardson represented me, he was the most intelligent person in that courtroom. Objections at every chance, filing motions at every opportunity, correcting the prosecutor, correcting the judge. Its like the state was unprepared to face such a skilled adversary. I feel he was fighting for my freedom/rights as hard as he could at every possible moment. Hiring Mr. Richardson was seriously one of the best decisions I have ever made, his representation is worth every penny. Not only was he extremely well versed on the section of law we were dealing with, he is extremely convincing in his arguments to the jury. Absolutely vital to me getting a not guilty verdict. Being a small business owner, he saved my reputation with clients that way background check before hiring me, saved my firearm rights for life, and saved me from having any future issues escalated to felony level. Do not hesitate to at least get a consultation with Mr. Richardson and see what a real lawyer is.

Good Demeanor and Good Defense

Great attorney. My daughter had a little bit of issues with the police and he really helped us. She was issued a Class B possession of Marijuana. That was not a fun experience for her mother or me. Mr. Richardson was able to get her in a program where she did not have to have this on her record. ... She was scared as any young person would be. His demeanor towards young adults was spot on. He was to the point when discussing the importance of this with her. We will seek him out later for him to get this destroyed from her record. Please call this office if you need assistance.

Life Changer

This office is the best. I was referred by my aunt who is a judge. She said to see Paul! I have a felony that Mr. Richardson worked on. He is a life saver. Honestly my life would have been screwed if I would have gone anywhere else. Make sure to put Richardson Law office on speed dial!

EXCELLENT WORK

I had 6 citations and Mr. Paul ended up getting 3 dismissed and the other reduced down and placed on probation. Saved me time, money and my DL from being affected. I would use this office again.
