About me

I chose law school because I wanted to help people.  I know that sounds cliche, but it is true.  I come from a lower income family.  Neither of my parents graduated from college.  My father worked 2 jobs when I was a child just to keep a roof over our heads.  So many times I watched my parents get screwed over because they couldn't afford lawyers when they really needed one.  Because of that, I try to keep my retainer fee and hourly rates lower than many attorneys so that more people can afford representation.  I doubt I'll ever get rich practicing law that way, but I do feel like I get to help people and that gives my life meaning.

I endorse this lawyer. I have seen Bethany litigate in Dallas County. Bethany represented a parent in a highly contested custody battle. She was strong advocate for her client. Bethany was able to effectively argue and achieve positive results for her client.

I have recently had the opportunity to see Bethany in a court setting. I can't express how impressive I found Ms. Stephen's trial skills. Any person who finds themselves in the need of a criminal defense attorney will not be disappointed in having her on their side. I endorse this lawyer.
