I prosecuted criminals for 5 years before the abuses of the system by politicans and police made me realize that to work for the "good guys" I needed to be working to protect the Constitutional rights of citizens who are accused of crimes.

Please do not waste your time or money on this attorney

This attorney was appointed to me by the courts for an appeal I've spoken to her once on the phone and she was very rude she insisted that she had already spoken with me and that she had also emailed me which neither of those were true so after me speaking with her for the first time given her rudene...ss and the many negative reviews on Google I did not at all feel comfortable with her representing me so I requested to her that she file a motion to withdraw being that I never asked for a court appointed attorney anyways but she went on to tell me that she would not be withdrawing and not only was she not be withdrawing she would contact the sheriff about me harassing her to do so I'm not sure what made me asking her to file a motion to withdraw cause her to feel like I was harassing her but if me not being able to feel comfortable with her representing me and asking her to withdraw is harassment then I guess I'm guilty but the last time I checked I do believe that it is my right to have legal representation that I'm comfortable with and not being forced into keeping an attorney who obviously has an agenda as to why she was appointed to represent me because if she's threatening to call the sheriff and file harassment charges on me for asking her to withdraw from my case then she obviously is not going to put up too much of a fight in court on my behalf these good reviews on here have got to be from her friends or family members even because I honestly can't think of one good thing to say about this attorney if I'm trying to fire her and she was court-appointed I can only imagine what you do if you actually spent money to hire

Lawyers won't even represent themselves because if they do, then they have a fool for a client. This person, who is not a lawyer, wanted to represent herself at a CPS trial and then walked out in the middle of trial and lost -- after not doing anything she was ordered to do by the court including drug testing (that's all public record). The court then appointed me to do the appeal. You cannot "fire" a court-appointed attorney. Only the court can let a court-appointed attorney off of a case and will generally only do that when a different attorney has been hired to take their place. That hasn't happened. I have let the Appellate Court know that this client wishes to represent herself for appeal, but so far they have chosen to ignore that and remain with a trained lawyer because that is what is in her best interest. She believes there's a huge conspiracy, but when one fails to follow court orders and do court ordered drug testing, one sets oneself up to lose.

Bethany is wonderful

Bethany was an attentive and aggressive attorney and fought tooth and nail for me. I would definitely consider her for any and all legal issues from this point forward. She did a wonderful job and kept me informed of everything going on with the case. I Highly recommend her.

Divorce Attorney Review

I hired Bethany to handle my divorce in 2014. Her expertise, directness and honesty were evident from the first phone call. She is also a Christian which was important to me. She stood in the gap and fought for me when I needed someone to see truth when the other side was twisting things around. ...She always was timely in her responses and respectful of the money I spent by using her time wisely and advising me efficiently. I have recommended her to several of my own clients and friends who found themselves in the unfortunate need of a Divorce Attorney. It is a hard thing to go through, but when you have the right person on your side protecting your rights and the rights and the rights of your children, it can make the process less overwhelming.

Simply The Best

Bethany has assisted my family in 2 family law cases. She fought for our best interest each time and made sure that all of our requests were met. She was always upfront with all possible outcomes and made sure that we knew nothing was promised. Bethany's experience and knowledge of current law is ...a comfort to have in situations that could leave one feeling nervous or uncomfortable. I highly recommend Bethany to anyone that needs attorney.
