I think when it comes down to hiring a lawyer and the amount of money that goes into it, will always be a concern of "Are we going to win, or are they worth the money". Hiring The Jimenez Law Firm, was the best decision I could of made when fighting for my son. It was a long, strenuous, drawn out bat...tle, but Joshua Floyd dominated the entire thing. Christina, and Joshua both are good at what they do, and they know the law, they know the rules, they've been through all the scenarios and they make sure you understand them too. Ask your questions, and you get them answered, and absolutely nothing will ever be sugar coated, and that's exactly the way you want it. You get what you pay for, and I sure did. Please understand everyone's case is different and has a different outcome, but let this review help you make your decision that this firm is the one to go with because they absolutely do stand by your side and they dont make you feel like any less of a human being regardless of why and what they are being hired for. Also, I have to give credit when its due. Lucy, she's apart of the office staff (along with many) but when it comes to a point that when you call, and she's the only one you want to talk to, it is because as a client I mattered and she made sure I knew that. I never had to wait, I never got unanswered phone calls or no return call back, she stayed on top of everything and I just want her to know how appreciated she is. No matter what its for, Jimenez and Josh will be the ones I pay for over and over again. Id give them 10 stars if I could because be and my children are happier than ever and I couldn't of done it without them!! ***Yes this is copy and pasted. We had to hire an attorney to obtain grandparent rights for our granddaughter. Everyone we spoke with told us it was a losing battle, including attorneys, and that we were wasting our money because grandparents didn't have any rights in Texas. Even though we knew the odds were against us, we decide...d to have a consultation with Josh Floyd from the Jimenez Law Firm. Josh was not scared of a fight and he knew his stuff. He was able to win us grandparent visitations which is a really tough thing to do. Josh is just one of a few attorneys at the Jimenez Law Firm and through our process they worked together to strategize a game plan to best help us. The entire office staff was very friendly and helpful and very responsive. We have no regrets hiring Mr. Floyd and the Jimenez Law Firm! We would highly recommend Josh Floyd and the Jimenez Law Firm.

During the beginning of the divorce process, I had little hope I would retain custody of my children and that I would come out of it financially secure. But, through Joshua, I eventually obtained full custody and got a divorce, which was made harder because my ex-wife refused to cooperate. There were... times where I was close to giving up, but Joshua presented various methods that could help me succeed in my case, encouraging me to keep going. He provided detailed explanations so that I knew exactly what was going on and answered any questions I had very quickly. I highly recommend him for those who are going through a difficult divorce case such as mine.

Kept my head on straight and let me know what exactly could happen. Being overly emotional and pregnant he kept me calm which is a feat not very easily done. Joshua was very straightforward and informative and i really enjoyed working with him to maintain my custody. Would recommend him to anyone who... needs someone to have their back.

Its been a looooong time coming. I was always told that it is extremely hard to get custody of my girls in the state of TX because the courts favored the mom. After numerous run ins with CPS and a couple life changing events I started to believe it. One of my good friends referred me to Chriatina Jim...enez's firm and warned me that she me be a little pricey. After speaking with her, she left very little doubt in my mind.
