For what I paid I got excellent service, and professional courtesy. My case was very complicated, involving several Courts in multiple jurisdictions. They were always responsive to any concerns I had and answered all my questions in a timely manner. My attorneys Christine Jimenez, and Joshua F...loyd, took extra time while prepping me for my Court appearance's, and represented me with calm cool professionalism. The videos that Christina put on the internet to clarify what I should wear to court ,and how I should behave were extra helpful. I was given regular updates on all deliberations and told what was being done on my behalf by my lawyers, and their employees ( process servers, investigators, and legal aids ). Everyone I've talked to at this law firm has gone the extra mile. I cannot thank them enough for everything they've done. The legal aid Greta was especially helpful and very sympathetic. She helped me several times when I wasn't able to get a hold of my lawyers after hours. She went the extra mile on more than one occasion. I think when it comes down to hiring a lawyer and the amount of money that goes into it, will always be a concern of "Are we going to win, or are they worth the money". Hiring The Jimenez Law Firm, was the best decision I could of made when fighting for my son. It was a long, strenuous, drawn out bat...tle, but Joshua Floyd dominated the entire thing. Christina, and Joshua both are good at what they do, and they know the law, they know the rules, they've been through all the scenarios and they make sure you understand them too. Ask your questions, and you get them answered, and absolutely nothing will ever be sugar coated, and that's exactly the way you want it. You get what you pay for, and I sure did. Please understand everyone's case is different and has a different outcome, but let this review help you make your decision that this firm is the one to go with because they absolutely do stand by your side and they dont make you feel like any less of a human being regardless of why and what they are being hired for. Also, I have to give credit when its due. Lucy, she's apart of the office staff (along with many) but when it comes to a point that when you call, and she's the only one you want to talk to, it is because as a client I mattered and she made sure I knew that. I never had to wait, I never got unanswered phone calls or no return call back, she stayed on top of everything and I just want her to know how appreciated she is. No matter what its for, Jimenez and Josh will be the ones I pay for over and over again.
