We discussed an additional payment of $150 by 10/3/2014 to discuss the retainer fee and my pending case.However, a...fter numerous unanswered phone calls to him, and his 10/1/2014 initial mention of a $250 retainer fee and the fact that I had not seen him or signed any document to retain his services, I felt that he was not the type of attorney I wanted to handle my case. Prior to concerns I raised regarding his fees, it was never mentioned that the $200 I wired him was nonrefundable. These aforementioned concerns lead me to believe that his practice is unethical and that he may have violated the Georgia Bar Association’s Code of Professional Responsibility.

He got my DUI reduced to reckless driving in Gwinnett County State Court. He worked very hard on my case and always called me back within 24 hours. Knows his stuff and wants to help.
