Kyle A. Morrow

Kyle was referred to defend a moving violation -failure to yield to emergency vehicle- change lanes or lower speed 20 mph below posted speed. City of Terrell Texas is a terrible speed trap. From the beginning Kyle was attentive and completed the intake on my case. He kept me informed both with teleco...m and emails throughout the whole process. He contacted city of Terrell & appeared on my behalf on Zoom. He was able negotiated to an acceptable level for me. I assumed when you consulted an attorney to "take care" of your traffic citations that's what would take place. warrants were lifted but I was informed I would still have to pay the tickets, send a certified letter to the court and blah, blah, blah, blah! all those things I failed to do the first ti...me im having to do all again, only this time the money is due all at once. money I dont have. which means there will be more warrants issued and the cycle continues. except this time I'm several hundred dollars lighter. not at all what I expected. what a year it's been indeed!
