Kyle was referred to defend a moving violation -failure to yield to emergency vehicle- change lanes or lower speed 20 mph below posted speed. City of Terrell Texas is a terrible speed trap. got a speeding ticket for going 60 on a highway when the speed limit was 65. Cop said I was speeding because I was getting up to the speed limit when entering on the highway. I just wanted it fought since it was bull and I got the ticket at the end of the month. All he did was said I would do defensi...ve driving and pay the fine. I wanted it to be fought, not taken the lazy way out with a driving course that I could have easily said I would do without paying someone to tell the courts I would do it. Such a waste of money.
