Do not hire.

Hired Hernandez for a divorce. She did a great "sales pitch" when I interviewed her. She openly admitted that opposing council was going to be aggressive and will "make it harder than it has to be". She knew what she was up against. Temporary Hearing. A train wreck. Opposing council was organi...zed and executed his plan perfectly. Hernandez was unprepared and had no game plan. I had supplied her with documentation to counter opposing council. She never presented it. Following day I asked her why. She said she "could not do that to another woman". Well, she had no problem doing it to me. She also told me adult kids that "this divorce will probably wipe me out". I fired her. Hired a competent firm. Ultimately. I was back in my home in two months. Got sole custody of my daughter. Achieved a fair division of property. I want my money back.
