Poor

I originally hired Mr. Nellis in 2008. At first everything went smoothly. Phone calls returned in a timely manner, if not answered immediately. My questions were always answered and he was very supportive. After paying him many thousands of dollars to represent me I began to get the run around. ...Many phone calls would go unanswered and messages would be left only to have him not return my calls. I was once asked by him to let the judge know, on his behalf, that he could not make the court date. After years of payments, frustration, and inaction on his part (all the motions filed on my behalf by Mr. Nellis where nowhere to be found in my case file), I decided to get a new attorney to represent me. My case was resolved within 2 months.
